We Want to Hear From YOU: CEU Survey

By Heidi Tobe on July 25, 2017

Welcome! It’s been awhile since we’ve blogged regularly here at TDC. We’ve been so focused on providing our clients with help and support around their exams that it’s been hard to find the time. But that’s about to change. We understand that professional development doesn’t stop after you pass your exam: in fact, most professional development happens AFTER. The time after you pass your exam is one in which you are settling into your professional role, identifying the kind of clinician you want to be, searching for your dream job, and more. Meaningful professional growth and development requires great professional education-and that’s where TDC wants to grow with you.

Our tagline has been “where mental health providers go to grow" and that couldn’t be truer than it is now. We’ve officially received approval from the ASWB* to provide continuing education and are hard at work on a series of CEU’s that are right in line with our test prep materials: structured, relevant, and focused on professional growth. We have some great ideas, but we also need your help!

What are YOU looking for in your continuing education? How do you make decisions about what courses to take and what courses to pass by? Do you only attend live trainings? Or do you like to attend trainings online? Please take a few minutes (seriously, less than 5) to fill out this survey so we can plan our series of continuing education courses to meet YOUR needs.

We hope all of your have a safe and happy fourth of July holiday. Check back on Wednesday for our next blog in which our Executive Director Bethany Vanderbilt will share a monthly ASWB practice question and rationale!
