Robin Gluck, MFT
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Robin Gluck is Licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist in California. She has a bachelor’s degree from Emory University, a master’s degree in public policy from American University, and a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from San Francisco State University.
Robin used TDC to pass her licensing exams successfully. She found TDC;s programs helped her to learn all of the material, overcome the anxiety that she initially felt while preparing for her licensing exams, and, most importantly, become a better therapist.
Robin joined TDC in 2012 as an exam coach and now serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Robin remains dedicated to ensuring TDC is not only the best at helping therapists prepare for their licensing exams, but also the go-to place where pre-licensed and licensed therapists can develop their clinical skills.
When she’s not working, Robin can be found playing chess with her husband or son, on the hiking trails with her dog, Harley, or on the tennis courts playing competitively.

Heidi Schriefer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago, a Master of Education degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis, and a Master of Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Heidi is a skilled educator and clinician with experience in therapy, teaching, training, supervision, communications, and coaching.
Heidi passed her LMSW and LCSW exams on the first try in 2014 and 2016 using TDC's LMSW and LCSW exam prep programs. She is a true believer in the TDC method, having signed up for TDC after using a different popular exam prep program that left her feeling overwhelmed and underprepared. After using TDC, Heidi passed her exam with a 93%! Heidi found TDC's programs prepared her thoroughly not just in factual content, but in the reasoning skills needed to be successful on the exams.
She began coaching with TDC in 2015 and is passionate about ensuring TDC continues to be the best, most relevant exam prep out there for the ASWB exams, while simultaneously helping people become even better social workers (her favorite piece of feedback from customers). Michelle Seely, MFT
Vice President of Professional Development / Co-Chair of Faculty
Michelle Seely (LMFT) is a licensed therapist with a private practice in Los Angeles. She is an experienced teacher of gestalt and meditation and has trained and supervised licensed therapists and associates in the US and internationally. She has served on the core faculty at the Pacific Gestalt Institute for over a decade. She is a contributing author to the academic anthology, The Relational Heart of Gestalt Therapy (Routledge 2022). She was trained to teach Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) by the program’s developers, Kristin Neff, and Chris Germer, and has taught privately and with InsightLA Meditation. She is past president of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Los Angeles (GTILA), where she also served on the executive board for eight years.

Emily Pellegrino, LCSW
LCSW Exam Coach
Emily Pellegrino is an Licensed Clinical Social Worker in San Francisco. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from DePaul University and completed her Master’s in Social Work at Loyola University in Chicago. Emily passed her LMSW exam on the first try in September of 2012 by using the TDC's LMSW exam prep. She found the TDC approach unique in that it teaches people to understand the exam material from a social worker's perspective in an easy to learn manner.
Professionally, Emily has held a wide variety of clinical roles including working with adults with disabilities to help them live independently, and provided both individual counseling and case management for adults, children, and families at a community counseling center in Chicago. Yirley Corea, LCSW
LCSW Exam Coach
Yirley Corea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Los Angeles, CA and for the state of Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, her MSW from California State University, Long Beach, and her Master of Education degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Yirley passed both her California Licensing exam in 2013 and the ASWB National Exam in 2016 on the first try using TDC’s LCSW exam prep which taught her exceptional test-taking strategies. Now as one of TDC’s LCSW coaches, she looks forward to helping other professionals feel empowered and confident in preparing for their licensing exams.
Professionally, Yirley works as a Psychiatric Social Worker for L.A.U.S.D., the second largest school district in the nation providing mental health consultation and training for school staff and caregivers of students in early childhood settings. She has worked with diverse populations, including victims of domestic violence, children on the autistic spectrum, and adolescents struggling with conduct disorders, substance abuse, and trauma. When she’s not helping people pass their exams she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking RV trips to state national parks, and cheering loudly for her aspiring soccer players, Aelaina and Lucas, at their games.

Shelby Fontaine, LCSW
LMSW Coach
Shelby Fontaine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in East Providence, Rhode Island. She received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology from UMass Dartmouth in 2019 and her Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston in 2021. Shelby passed her LMSW exam on the first try in October 2021 using TDC’s LMSW exam prep. She found TDC’s program to be well suited to help her succeed with its comprehensive content and guided support from coaches.
Professionally, Shelby is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. While in grad school, she gained clinical experience interning at a psychiatric hospital and working as an in-home therapist for children on the autism spectrum. After graduating and gaining licensure, Shelby combined her graduate experiences by working with children with autism and developmental disabilities in a partial hospitalization program at Bradley Hospital in Rhode Island.

Deanna Hudgins
MFT Coach
Deanna Hudgins is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Cal State University, Northridge, and earned a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University (CA). She is trained extensively in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and currently provides comprehensive DBT services via group practice, and DBT-informed and eclectic services via group and private practice.
Deanna used TDC's test preparation materials to pass her clinical exam successfully. She found the program to be a fabulous combination of straightforward, accessible materials for learning everything that would be included in the exam, as well as test-taking strategies that were essential for managing anxiety on exam day.
Deanna's professional path has been shaped by a commitment to education, service, and support. She joined TDC in 2025 and she is delighted to work with California and National MFT Exam hopefuls as a co-learner and exam coach.

Grace Martinez
Creative Director
Grace Martinez is an award-winning Creative Director and Designer with more than 20 years of experience shaping brands and telling compelling visual stories through editorial design, visual identity, and art direction. Her career includes roles at Glamour, Travel + Leisure, and Men’s Health, along with design leadership across multiple industries. Grace earned her B.A. from Fordham University and her M.S. in Data Visualization from Parsons. She loves helping companies, like Therapist Development Center, who have a positive mission. Outside of work, she’s a mom to two young daughters who continually inspire her, and she spends her time with her husband and their dog, Walt, finding a lot of joy in the everyday moments.

Kasi Maguire
Vice President of Business Operations & Finance
Kasi Maguire oversees financial operations and supports broader operational initiatives. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she discovered a deep (and nerdy) passion for Microsoft Excel. That love of Excel led her to accounting, where she found the perfect blend of systems, analysis, and creative problem-solving.
A lifelong learner with a ranching background, Kasi thrives on challenges that require thinking outside the box and making the most of the tools at hand. TDC allows her to pair that mindset with her desire to do good and make a meaningful impact, and she is proud to support TDC’s mission alongside such an amazing team.
At home in her office, Kasi works alongside her three mismatched rescue dogs and a mischievous cat. Outside of work, she enjoys tackling new home projects in the spirit of “learning by doing,” spending time with family, and heading out on hiking adventures with her puppy, Fern.

Nora Langknecht, MA
Program and Production Specialist
Nora Langknecht, MA is an educator, production specialist, and marketer based in Los Angeles. She began her career working with teenagers as an educator, reproductive counselor, and doula within a school-based public health clinic. Guided by her deep commitment to advocacy and pleasure-positivity, she pivoted to a 10-year stint in the adult wellness space, eventually becoming the Director of Marketing for an award-winning international brand.
In 2024, she began a new chapter working with therapists. Today, she serves as Program and Production Specialist with TDC, as well as Program Manager and Administrator for the Pacific Gestalt Institute. Known for her hands-on, action-oriented curiosity, she brings a grounded, comfortable ease to vulnerable topics to help teams make meaningful ideas tangible.
Nora holds a Master’s degree from the Social Justice Institute at the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s from The New School, and is an EDSE Certified Sex Educator as well as a trained birth and death doula.

Tessah Schoenrock, AMFT
Program Development Specialist
Tessah Schoenrock is a Program Development Specialist and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) at Therapist Development Center. She earned her master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Psychological Trauma from California Lutheran University in 2024.
In addition to her work at TDC, Tessah provides therapy in private practice and serves as a clinician with Kids & Families Together, where she supports children and families involved in the child welfare system. Her areas of expertise include trauma and attachment, ADHD, race-based trauma, play therapy, and foster and adoption-related issues. She is passionate about providing culturally responsive care to people of color and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of work, Tessah can typically be found settling in for an indulgent afternoon nap.

Lynda Atri, MA
Sr. Director of Community Relations
Lynda Atri is TDC’s Sr. Director of Community Relations and Customer Support. Lynda has a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers across various industries. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, she has developed a deep understanding of customer needs and has implemented successful strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Lynda joined TDC as Director of Customer Support in 2021 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service operations, including hiring and training staff, developing customer service policies and procedures, and managing customer inquiries and escalations.
Lynda’s success in customer support can be attributed to her exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities, and commitment to continuous improvement. In addition, Lynda is known for building strong relationships with customers and staff and being a passionate advocate for the customer experience.
Lynda holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of California at Berkeley and a Master’s Degree from the American College of Education. When not at work, Lynda enjoys spending time with her family (including her dog), roller skating, cooking, and going to the beach.

Sharon Greene, LCSW
Social Work Consultant
Sharon Greene, LCSW received her Masters in Social Welfare from UCLA in 2000. She immediately started working in the mental health field providing mental health services. She has coordinated school mental health programs and currently is the social work training director at Providence Saint John’s Child and Family Development Center, a nonprofit Department of Mental Health contracted center that provides mental health services including therapy, psychiatric treatment, and psychological testing to disenfranchised youth and their families from diverse backgrounds. She is part of the executive management team and oversees the intern training program for Master level students in Social Work and is responsible for the training and professional development of licensed staff, LCSWs, LMFTs, and licensed psychologists. She provides clinical trainings approved for CEUs and supervision. Her passion lies in training and supervision. She has trained hundreds of social workers and psychologists.
In addition, Sharon is a certified trainer in Managing Adaptive Practices, Crisis Oriented Recovery Services, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) along with being certified as a therapist in Seeking Safety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Parenting Program. She is a consultant for the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute and provides training calls to clinicians being certified in IPT. Sharon has received intensive training in Structural Family Therapy at the Minuchin Center in New York and teaches the Advanced Clinical Practice graduate course for UCLA’s Social Welfare Department.
She has been a field liaison and guest lecturer at California State University, Northridge in their graduate social work department and has been an adjunct professor in the graduate Social Work Department at the University of Southern California.
