MFT Exam Prep Reviews
I took the exam 1 time and came out missing by 8 questions and wondering what just happened to me! Apparently, I had no clue what test taking strategies were for the MFT SWE. TDC was recommended and gave me the thinking, reasoning, and test taking strategies I was lacking to pass. Now, I passed!! Thanks TDC:-) You hit the nail on the head!
I am absolutely impressed. This program is concise, organized, and easy to understand. The study materials are effective to support learning the strategies on how to take and pass the exam. Thank you.
Thank you to the entire TDC Team! I studied for almost 2 months and passed the exam the first time that I took it! The materials were absolutely wonderful. The audio lessons were priceless!!! My friends who are using other materials are overwhelmed and have no clear plan. Overall, the best aspect of this study program is the Exam Study Plan (for which you choose the pace). I would have had NO clue where to start. I do not know how Amanda designed this program, but she is simply a genius! For those of you who are considering using TDC and would like "nitty gritty" details, please see below:
- I only used TDC materials.
- I went through the study materials twice, as recommended.
- I did not re-take the Practice Tests or Exams; instead I only reviewed them.
- I took the Law and Ethics Quiz twice.
- I reviewed my notes on the Top 50 Topics the day before.
Thank you again for all that you have done for me and so many other therapists!
I am so grateful for the Therapist Development Center for helping me pass both MFT exams. TDC's system is simple, straightforward, and concise, giving you a feeling of confidence both preparing for the exam and taking it. It takes an enormous amount of potential test material and channels it into exactly what you need to know to pass the exams. Thank you Amanda and TDC!
I finished the exam leaving 10 questions unanswered. For me, the exam questions were actually easier than the TDC questions. So when it came to taking the test, I was relaxed, confident, and took my time. I should have been watching the clock more closely! Of course there were moments when I doubted myself, but ultimately I was so well prepared that even with leaving many blank, I totally rocked the questions that I did answer.
