The study course was very informative and manageable and I, not a test taker by nature, passed on my first attempt. The test taking tips were really helpful as well. Also when I hit snags along the way, Robin was very supportive. I did pay for one face to face session two days before my test which really reduced my anxiety on test day. One of my cohorts at my internship is also not a great test taker. She, on the advice of great test takers in the office, decided to do the test banks from TDC's main competitor (rather than TDC) and failed. I know the fact that TDC plays to critical thinking skills rather than memorization was key in my success - thank you!!
The legal and ethical chart was very helpful, the timeline for studying was a really good guide and the audio was excellent. I know the practice tests and final pep talk really helped me prepare of the day of the test! Thank you!
After not passing the Clinical Exam Vignette, I needed to re-assess my study planning. Looking back on TDC, I simply needed to apply the bottom line coaching to stay present reading the stem and believe I would pass. What pushed me through was taking Amanda in the exam with me, talking through each question and not making the exam more complicated than it is. Keep it simple, imagine what you would do in the stem situation and trust your judgement. TDC prep set me up for success. Thank you and I have already been referring TDC to my colleagues.
