TDC was extremely helpful in my ability to pass. If you are an audio/visual learner, this is the program for you. I listened on commutes and when completing tasks around the house. They provide extensions without issue or an extra fee. They also outline a 5 and 8 week study schedule so you don’t have to worry doing so. They want to see you succeed! The mock exams were VERY similar to what you’ll see on the exam. I passed on the first try and cannot recommend it enough. Be sure to not only know ever content but also how to break down the questions. Lastly, don’t let the price deter you. It’s worth it.

When I took my LMSW (LSW) exam, I utilized mostly books and flashcards to facilitate studying, which was fine. But a few years passed and I had some health issues, so this time around for the LCSW exam, I felt I needed either visual or audio study support. I utilized Therapist Development Center which was a really nicely organized system that covered vital topics and more and made me feel secure walking into the exam.

Overall, I am happy with the testing materials and the audios. I have utilized TDC before and have faith in the preparation and tools being provided.

I've been studying to take my LCSW exam using TDC for about a year, intermittently. This program has helped me break down concepts, and how to think about the stem of the questions being asked on the test. I was very nervous to test, when i first purchased the program, but I decided how I wanted to use the program, and took notes and listened to the audio sessions which furthered my understanding of the material. I did not complete the full mock, but I reviewed the rationales throughly. I would recommend TDC to anyone! Don't let your fear stop you from taking this test!! This program will prepare you FULLY, and if you believe you can pass, YOU WILL PASS! Thanks TDC!!

I felt very prepared for the exam, outside of my own nerves. I was confident going in, and having this study program helped me gain that confidence.

I passed! My exam was almost 100% reasoning based/client scenario questions. Your guidance was very helpful in "tolerating uncertainty" which I repeated to myself throughout the test because I didn't know if I was right or not. Other helpful guidance included putting answers in order from what would you do first to last and if one answer would lead to doing a better job with other steps that follow then it's a good option to choose. I also used the guidance to imagine the client in my office working through it and/or put myself in a supervisor/role of authority and what you would advise someone else to do. I only used this program to study. I started a month before my exam and took my time and lived my life. Thank you. I appreciate you and this program :)

I highly recommend this program! I spent some time informally studying with notecards and books I bought online and tried to create my own plan, but I knew I needed more structure and guidance to feel confident in my readiness. This course exceeded my expectations! I felt that it was an EXCELLENT experience - it is an organized, inclusive, well developed, easy to understand, and time-efficient system!!! I was able to more clearly cement many of the concepts I was moderately familiar with, and now feel like they are part of my working knowledge base. I was even able to extend my subscription past the 4 months to make sure I was able to take my time and review all the program materials more than once. I went into the exam with MUCH less anxiety and much more confidence in my knowledge and abilities than I would have if I stuck to my own plan. Thank you!!

I have always been very nervous for standardized test until therapist development center completely saved my confidence. This program really works and I passed the LCSW test on the first try!

I took the licensing exam three other times prior to enrolling in this course. I have engaged in private tutoring, enrolled in other licensing prep course, and none compare to this program. This program helped me significantly on how to read the questions thoroughly and how to answer them. Thank you SO much for setting me up for success!!!! :)

I’ve used TDC for my LMSW and LCSW exam and with the studying process that TDC provided, I passed both exams on the first try. It’s a great course and I recommend it for anyone who needs a structured, yet uncomplicated study system for both the Masters and Clinical Social Work exam.
