I just want to say thank you so much! This was my 3rd time taking the LMSW exam and I passed today! The study material was awesome as well as the coaches. Anytime I had a question, someone called me back in a timely manner. One of the tools that helped during the exam was bringing Amanda in the test with me as well as some of the other tools she suggested. Aside from giving birth, this has to be one of the greatest moments in my life. Now I'm ready to do the work. Thank you for your support and fantastic study materials. I thought your mock questions closely mirrored the questions I had on my exam. Prior to purchasing your materials, I had received the AATBS books and felt completely overwhelmed. After sitting with the books for almost a year, I had another colleague recommend your website. Wow, what a diference it made! It was nice to ease into studying with your audio guide and I found learning the top 50 topics helped me zoom in and focus on what was important. I literally stumbled upon the Therapist Development Center (TDC) and I'm so glad I did. I had tried two other systems/programs before, which I found cumbersome and confusing to say the least. Sadly, I was almost at the point of thinking a license was unattainable for me. Within weeks of preparing by way of TDC, I am beyond happy to report that I passed my first of the two exams today. I have absolutely no doubt this was largely due to TDC's preparation and support. This program was my personal saving grace. I can't wait to conquer the next exam. All of the test strategies were so accurate and helped me pass the test. Everything TDC said was right on point, and prepared me. I also feel more prepared to be an LCSW because of the way TDC synthesizes information and presents it in such a user friendly, accessible way.
Thank you TDC for helping me pass the CA LCSW vignette exam! I had taken the exam once before and had used AATBS workbooks and mock exams to prepare. However, I felt that I was never quite successful at understanding their logic behind their answers to the mock exam questions and I never did very well on their mock exams. With TDC, I scored high on the first mock exam twice and lower on the final mock exams but still felt confident. Listening to the tips and reviewing the tools given in the audio workshops really helped me to feel competent and confident to attack the test questions the day of the actual exam. During the exam, Amanda's voice was in my head telling me to move on when taking too long on any one question and to be confident in using my Xs. That last tip saved me some time. I finished the test with 6 minutes to spare and 9 marked questions. Thanks, thanks, thanks TDC!
