I took the LCSW exam June of 2015 and did not pass. I think I scored around 94 or 96. I just studied on my own. That was a big mistake. I signed up for TDC last April of 2016 and kept putting off the test because of personal reasons. I decided I needed to get this over with so I began to focus again. I had the test scheduled for August 6, 2016 for noon. I was tempted to reschedule it again but really liked that it was a noon start time instead of 8am. I spent the few weeks before going over and over the audios, taking the test on TDC, and reviewing the ones that I missed. I was surprised to see from the first time I took the Top 50 test that I had improved greatly. I felt much more confident when my scores on the Ethics, Crisis, and others tests on TDC were averaging in the 80%. By the time I took the test, I was able to imagine Amanda right there with me talking out the questions and putting the answers in order. I could actually here her say, 'nope, were not going to do that first' or 'yes, that seems like a good choice and here's why.' I think being able to break down the questions and eliminate or put it in the order of first to last helped me score 121 on the test this time. I cannot thank you enough for staying with me and supporting me through this process. I would definitely recommend TDC to anyone taking the LCSW. I bought other materials and wasted a lot of money. Stick with TDC, stay focused, and do it exactly as Amanda and Bethany tell you and you will pass this test!!!
I passed the LCSW exam! I had procrastinated on taking this test for quite awhile and studied using various other systems but never felt prepared. My friend told me about this study system after she passed her exam and although I had limited time to spare before my exam I purchased this system and saw a drastic difference in the material. The scenarios and examples that were given and how they would be used on the test were spot on. In addition, layout is easy to follow and the content is superb. I would highly recommend to anyone taking this exam
I loved this program; so easy to follow and I felt it really prepared me for my Law & Ethics exam. Amanda is amazing. I was so afraid to take the test, but felt very confident after I did Amanda's program. I would recommend this to everyone and plan to also get the clinical program for the LCSW exam.
The study materials were so challenging I was actually resentful towards the BBS requirement. Yet when I sat down to take the real thing, it was not much of a challenge because of the excellent preparation this program offered. The practice tests and mock exams were so helpful (besides, I did actually invoke Amanda's voice for one or two answers). I am so impressed about the quality of preparation this program provided me with. I was 'cool and collected' during the exam and quite assured of having succeeded when I pressed the 'End' key. Thank you Amanda.
This is a difficult test. I believe this study program made all the difference. Rationales were clear and helped organize the information which made it easier to retain. Thank you!
