I really liked the TDC program for studying for my MFT licensing exam so I decided to try the CE classes and they were easy to listen to and thorough. As a parent I'm often listening to things in my ear while I'm doing daily family activities or supervising kids and this format allows me to put one airpod in my ear and work while I listen. The material is engaging enough that I can pay attention.
