I'm very grateful that Amanda established this study system. It was very helpful and kept me focused on learning relevant information. I also was pleased with the fact that I could study at my own pace and repeat the study program material as needed. I passed my exam on the first try. I felt like I was prepared and used every tool provided by Amanda during the test. I highly recommend the program to anyone studying to take the exam.
This program helped me improve my critical thinking skills and learn how to take the test. The specifics of the exam were generally covered by the test prep program and I would recommend this to other prospective LCSW's in California!
Numerous colleagues referred this program to me stating they used other programs, but this program was efficient and effective. I would have to agree completely. I went through the course, committing myself to following and trusting the process. I believe it made the difference in passing. While at the test center, another test candidate stated she also used TDC material. Needless to say, we both passed. Thank you for developing effective study materials.
It should be noted that I am a horibble test taker with test induced anxiety and I do better with non-traditional learning environments. I had previously bought test material through other online courses, including reading material, practice tests, etc. I felt confident when I took the exam my first time, however the material studied was not accurate. With that being said, I went to plan B and bought other recommended material and yet again failed. Not only did I waste time and money, but the emotional turmoil was the worst. After I bought and utilized this program, my fears dissipated and I passed with flying colors. I felt more than confident when it was test time. In fact, I took the test several weeks before my time elapsed from the program. I was in the right state of mind and determined to pass, which I did. I had inquired about this program, however I went against my gut and used other material instead. In hindsight I wish I would have bought this material earlier, for it was superb. I will recommend it time and time again. This new LCSW thanks you!!!
Firstly, this exam was much easier than the 40 question clinical vignette exam that was issued previously (in which I did not pass). This exam was much easier in my opinion. The TDC study materials LITERALLY prepares you for this exam on every level. The information being presented is easy and friendly to understand. Amanda's lectures are the most helpful in my opinion. I listened to her lectures repeatedly, and that's what helped me in my opinion. She prepares you how "to think" like the test. During the exam, I felt I had Amanda's voice in my head, walking me through how to zone in on the correct answer. I had crazy anxiety, the first time I took the 40 question clinical exam and I was nervous as hell. But not this time around. Listening to Amanda's lectures really helped me prepare, and control my anxiety. I honestly recommend for individuals to use TDC to prepare you for your exams. I have tried other testing materials in the past, and they do not even come close to preparing you like TDC did. I just want to thank TDC for all the help and support they have provided. You cannot go wrong w/ using TDC as an effective resource. Thanks Amanada. You rock!! if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have passed. You are such a blessing.
