Social Work Exam Prep Reviews
Samuel Espinoza, LCSW
I began my journey in 2005, when I took the exam for the first time. I failed the exam by 5 points. Then in 2007 I took the exam again, and missed it by 12 points. I used two different study materials, from two companies. I lost my hours in 2010, when I attempted to take the exam for the 3rd time. I had to accrue the hours again, and by 2014 I was done. I took the Law and Ethics exam in March 2016, and passed. I used TDC, as many coworkers and friends were recommending it. After using it, I realized that this program was exactly what I needed to help me study, as it broke down the studying for me in a way I never would have imagined. After I passed the L&E exam, I knew I would use TDC again for the clinical exam. And this past weekend, Saturday November 26th at 7pm, I became an LCSW. I was diagnosed ADHD, as an adult, so staying focused for the 4 hours was difficult, but thanks to the tips and techniques I learned from TDC, I was able to stay on task and pass the exam. Thanks a million.
Angela Monette,
I have heard from many of my therapist friends that Therapist Development Center is the only way to go for exam prep. They were right. Thank you!
Mary E. James,
I passed the Law and Ethics test on the first time. I was a little nervous going into the testing center because I had repeated the Clinical Test before. I am so pleased with this TDC Program. I am so excited to start studying for my National Clinical Exam. Thank you so much! You are a great team!

TDC adequately covers about 90% of the information needed for the exam. The quick studies, the volume of information was correct and well designed. Amanda's voice lessons also added information that is not in the quick studies, so please listen. Put yourself on a study schedule, as TDC recommends, and be disciplined. TDC prepared me for the Law & Ethics portion, as well as for the Clinical portion. I was able to take the exam in 3.5 hours and pass, on my first time taking it. TDC is worth the price and will guide you. Enough said.

I loved all of the information covered and the layout of the course! It was a great way to study, especially for someone who has been out of grad school and not taken the LSW in 7 years.
