I found this course very helpful in deepening my understanding of the supervisor role and general process of supervision. The IDM model, in particular, clarified the developmental levels and provided a strong framework for envisioning how supervision evolves over time.

This is the second time I have used TDC. The first time was for my LCSW preparation and the second time was for the Clinical Supervision training. Both times the program has been incredible, easy to use and informative. I recommend this program to all of my friends!

This is a fantastic course. I loved getting to learn about a model of supervision to help guide my supervision. The presenters were so helpful. The course was well-structured, digestible, informative, and truly enjoyable. The combination of Amanda Rowan and Sharon Greene was great! I really enjoyed everything about this course and I feel very prepared to begin supervising.
