I enjoyed listening to the instructors.

I learned a lot from this training and I think that everyone who is going to be licensed should be required to take this training.

This course was amazing at preparing me for becoming a supervisor with all different levels of clinicians. Having a structure reduces my anxiety and will carry into my relationships and interactions with supervisees. My self-awareness increased in this course as well as how to increase others. I have more confidence in beginning to supervise and provide a safe environment for clinicians to grow and increase their resources in order to be effective with their clients. I leave this course with an increased understanding of the importance of being a gatekeeper for this profession.

I really enjoyed this training. As always, TDC did a great job creating a framework for supervision that's thoughtful and thorough, while building critical thinking skills for both supervisors and the supervisees.
