I learned a lot from this training. I have taken it twice and each time I have learned something new and reminded of how important it is to be competent in dealing with SI.

It is a very informative course and it really helps to understand in a deeper level how to manage suicide clients. It also normalizes for therapist how difficult it is to have a suicidal client, but it gives the tools know how to feel more comfortable and support our clients.

This training was very informative and provided a lot of tools to utilize when working with suicide risk clients. I do many risk assessments for traumatized children at an STRTP and it can be scary when placed in the position to make a decision. Comprehensive view of past interventions/modalities and review of their suicidality model. Course presenter is very passionaite about the topic which makes it uniquely personal and easy to connect.

I really enjoyed the audio format combined with the handouts; it helps my learning style to hear things and see things being presented. I highly recommend this course for everyone (not just people who need it for their license renewal). It is super important to receive this training as a bare minimum for our field.
