I had a great coach and she really helped me with breaking down the concepts . Thank you for all the help . Best study program I have ever had .
This program kept me focused and gave my studying structure. I apperciate that you can do it at your own pace while still having direction. I only used this to study becasue reading books did not help me. I passed on the first try! I only needed 98 to pass and got 109 correct.
I felt like the mock test and quizzes/exams adequately prepared me to expect the layout of the test and the timing help me as well but overall I am an anxious test-taker and when I was unsure of the answer, I used my field experience to answer questions instead of the by-the-book answers. So I hope to memorize and familiarize myself with the by-the-book study materials thoroughly so when in doubt, my answer is not by field experience.
I passed my LMSW exam on the first try by 27 points more than you what I needed to pass! I give credit to Therapist Development Center for helping me learn key topics of the exam. I was able to truly understand the format/mechanics of the exam and the program made taking the test feel less overwhelming. I also needed an extension and by the very next day, I was granted access again. Thank you so much for an amazing program!
This by far made the study process manageable!
I truly think this program is worth every penny, besides for being so detailed in all the subject areas the quick topics are essential. The staff always responded within 24 hours when I had a question. Thank you for helping me pass my exam!
Today, I passed my LMSW exam on the first try! I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for this program. This program covers all of the key areas that are essential in studying for the exam. Listening to the top 50 topics was the most helpful part of this exam, as well as the DSM-5 lectures. I needed 98 to pass, and I got 126 correct. I am so thankful that I decided to purchase this program, I will be using it again in the future for my LCSW exam without a doubt.
Failed my LMSW in April by 4points. Waited 3 months and tested in July and passed the LMSW on the second try! I plan to utilize for the LCSW once clinical hours are completed.
Studying is a very personal thing. And to study for something as big as your licensure exam? Forget about it. You need to make sure the study tools you use are a good fit for how you can retain information in the least stressful way. For me that is having something auditory like a lecture and visual like videos or handouts.
I loved my TDC experience! There was a good combination of handouts, lectures, quizzes, half mock exams, and a full mock exam. I do wish there were more mock exams. However, this program did prepare me VERY well.
I graduated my masters program 3 years ago which made me very nervous to take this exam as I was so out of practice with the art of studying. However, two months of using this program and utilizing my three years of my real life experience working as a family therapist helped me pass on my FIRST try!
I highly recommend this program to social workers who are straight out of graduate school and my friends who have been out for a while working in the field!
I was really stressing about the exam till another veteran pointed me in the direction of the TDC. I'm very much an auditory/visual learner and the lectures really helped me take in the knowledge.
I am glad I used this for content because this 4th attempt I was able to utilize the practice exams and really study how to break down the answers and rationales. Since I used this program from the beginning, I couldn’t forget the content even if I tried.
