I used TDC to prepare for the LCSW. I listened to the lectures once and did the exams over and over again. Hearing the information and taking notes is how I learned. I could recall portions of the lectures as I took the tests. The example questions give you an idea of what the test questions are like. Once I started consistently passing the quizzes and mock exams, I felt ready. My score on the example tests was very similar to my actual score.

I never thought I had the capabilities of passing this exam but therapist development center provided me the tools I needed it to pass!

I am returning to the social work workforce after a 10 year gap taking care of my family. As my license was more than 5 years lapsed, to reinstate my license I needed to retake the exam. When I passed the exam 12 years ago I had not purchased any study materials but I was much closer to student mode from grad school and was actively using my social work skills each day. This study program gave me the focus and confidence I needed to approach the test from a very different place this time. I especially appreciated taking the mock exams to simulate the test taking experience. Having 2 full mock exams allowed me to complete the program, take one full mock and then take a break and retake the 2nd final the week before the actual exam. Thanks for this program!

TDC gave me the confidence to tackle the LCSW exam.

This was an awesome program that was significantly more effective than the other methods I tried the first two tries. I went in way more confident and my test score was significantly better.

Amazing program- this was totally worth it!

TDC helped me learn how to think for this exam. There were key tips I took with me about how to reason and understand each question. While the test I took was much more difficult than the mock exams on this study system, I was able to apply reasoning strategies to content areas I am not professionally familiar with (hospital social work, school social work, hospice social work). While I could have used more foundational information about varying types of social work, the reasoning remained much the same across the board. I don't know if anything could have fully prepared me for the test, but I'm very glad I had this resource to turn to.

TDC was really awesome in helping me prepare for the LCSW exam. I think what really helped was the practice exams, it helps you utilize critical thinking as you would on the actual test.

This program was excellent. The practice exams and the Mock Exams were extremely helpful.
