TDC is worth the money. It is an investment, but worth it. I felt ok paying the price because of the 95% pass rate. TDC is about the same cost as the ASWB exam, so I decided I would rather pass the first time then end up paying to retake it. I initially started with using a different study book, but quickly realized my confidence was not growing. I went into the LCSW exam confidently and comfortably. I passed with a comfortable margin. The final mock exams are indeed a good indicator of how you will do on the exam in my experience. I studied almost nightly with TDC for 4 weeks. I appreciated the audio lectures because they made the material come to life in clear and applicable ways. Thanks, TDC!

I am so thankful I took this course. I heard back from the coaches within a super prompt manner, and with such clear, supportive answers (thank you, Heidi!). The test was challenging, though I reminded myself I was prepared thanks to the guidance of each module. By the end of the practice tests, and then the aswb practice test, it started to seem like this was something doable, and I focused on the next step - each problem as it came. When answering I had a strategy for the first/next and most/best, which was helpful for me in navigating the structure of the exam. Amanda is right - know your code, put yourself in your supervisors shoes and answer from their vantage point, imagine Amanda is in the room with you and picture how you'd reason through the issue if a client were in your office. I will recommend this course to others in the future.

The program was very thorough and it prepared me for the exam. I had a lot to learn and my biggest area of growth for preparation was the reasoning and decision making. I genuinely felt like this program helped prepare me to become a more independent clinician. There is still so much I have to learn, but I was able to learn the basics/principles of social work areas where I haven't done much work (for ex. with elders). The material has been helping me in the therapy room and in addition, I truly appreciate the experience of reading through the NASW Code of Ethics and hearing that lecture a few times. The last time I touched it was in the first semester of grad school. The course has renewed my passion and love for our ethical values and I truly believe it's made me an even more ethical social worker. The Question and Answer service was also extremely helpful when I was trying to further understand the rationales and reasoning. THE most important thing I did during this program was ask the coach (in an email) what patterns she noticed in my questions and if she had any advice for me. It was then that I was guided to look for patterns in my wrong answers and when I realized I was struggling most with FIRST/NEXT questions, so I could focus in on that strategically for the rest of my studying. After that, my practice scores rose by at least 15%. On the ASWB exam, I passed with 121/150 points (I only needed 102 to pass). Thank you TDC!

I learned so much from this program, It's not ALL ABOUT taking the exam - it is also about expanding our horizons and learning the areas we have not yet fully experienced. I was able to look back on the 2+ years I worked with clients in therapy and discover some of the issues where I could have done better - and will in the future. I can't recommend this program enough.

I am forever grateful for the TDC program! I went into this test nervous and afraid of what the results would be but thanks to TDC all of the anxiety and doubting myself slowly faded as I studied! Thanks again TDC!

I recommend TDC over any other preparation programs. After using another prep program previously and failing my first attempt at the clinical exam, I was feeling defeated and put off the exam for several years. After finding out about TDC, I researched the program and decided to purchase, and it was money well spent! I felt that TDC provided all of the organization for those that may struggle with it. I felt as if I was sitting in a classroom, listening to a lecture. The breakdown of the types of exam questions helped A LOT. The quizzes and the mock exams were great in preparing for the real exam and building up the tolerance for sitting for 4 hours. I no longer felt defeated and I was feeling more confident. I thank TDC for preparing me!

TDC's Top 50 Topics make studying content much easier. You know what you have to focus on instead of hours of studying content that is not on the test. Mock exams are the best way to reduce anxiety. Thank you TDC!
