I am so grateful for Therapist Development Center and their course that helped prepare me to take the LCSW clinical exam. I was preparing to take the exam 2 years ago when I experienced a medical emergency that led to a long hospital stay, long recovery, and many surgeries. TDC extended my course twice while I recovered. Two years later, I finally felt like I was able to focus enough to study intensely, and a month later, I felt mentally ready to take the exam. I passed on my first try!! Thank you to TDC for an amazing course that teaches to a variety of learning styles. I greatly valued the lectures and how to think through the scenarios. I heard Amanda's voice in my head throughout the exam!! Thank you, thank you, for all you do!

This program felt expensive up front- but passing this exam is a requirement for my employment, and ultimately I would rather make sure I don't have to take it a second time and get it done in the tight timeline I had to get it done by! The pep talk at the end of the course was invaluable and helped me remember to trust my clinical intuition and not overthink it. My exam has a 102 correct to pass threshold, and I answered 115 correct- and in less than 2 hours. That's how confident I was able to be with some supportive prep. Thanks a million TDC!

This program is absolutely incredible. I used other materials prior to purchasing this program and this is by far the most useful program I have seen! It went in detail of all the necessary topics needed for the exam and was extremely organized and supportive throughout the study process. There were no surprises on the exam. Will be recommending it to all my friends and any future therapists taking the exam.

I appreciated the study prep for both Law and Ethics and the LCSW exam prep. I was very nervous about knowing what to study or how to study for the exam. I had my associate license for 5 years, which provided me with a lot of information, but it also made studying hard to know what to study. I appreciated the practice tests and really feel that this program supported me in understanding how to take the test. I appreciated the tips for exam day as well. I drank my juice and ate my snack, which I feel did help sustain my energy for the long test. I feel very grateful for this course and would reccomend to colleagues preparing to take this exam. Even with starting my studying late, I was able to get through the program and it made me feel very confident going into the test. I enjoyed listening to the materials and felt it was pretty accurate to the test. I know I passed the exam because of this practice course and I am so grateful to have been able to purchase this.

The content of the course was great, and the emphasis about what to study helped a lot. But the biggest thing that TDC did was to highlight how to approach each kind of question and how to think about what the test makers are looking for. I would highly recommend this course!

TDC was amazing! I truly needed a study plan, as I was overwhelmed with where to begin. The structure TDC provided was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the focus on self-care throughout the process (if you are not scheduled to study, you don't have to think about it - enjoy your family & friends). I used TDC to pass my Law and Ethics exam and felt very well prepared stepping into that so I knew it was going to be what I used for the licensing exam. The rationales really helped me think through the exam questions and I was so grateful for the pep talk for tips the day of the exam. I’m extremely grateful for the TDC study program!

One of the best programs to get you ready to pass your test.I passed my LCSW thanks this program advice and all the learning material. I highly recommended, it is worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about this program!!! I used TDC to prepare for the LCSW exam and it did not disappoint. I came in feeling extremely underprepared for the exam– I scored a 60 on the pretest. By the end of the course, I was scoring in the 80s on the final mock exams. This course gives a thorough overview of everything you need to know for the exam, and not only that, but key test-taking strategies for acing the exam. This course doesn't just give you a bunch of acronyms and head knowledge, but a thoughtful understanding on how to leverage our clinical judgment and reasoning skills. I honestly feel like I finished this course feeling more confident to take this exam and more confident as a clinician!!! I ended up scoring an 86% on my ASWB clinical exam– far surpassing my expectations. THANK YOU TDC!!!
