I just want to share how thankful I am for this program. I struggle with horrible text anxiety and failed my LISW-CP exam on my first attempt by 2 questions. I was so anxious the whole time, second guessed myself & got in my head. I honestly felt really defeated. When I contacted TDC to give the news and request a reset for the program, I received so much encouragement and support. When they tell you they’re with you until you pass, they mean it!! This program is 1000% why I was able to pass. TDC helped me realize that I KNOW the information and I’ve never gone into a exam feeling so confident and relaxed!! THANK YOU everyone with TDC! I will continue to share this amazing program to everyone I know who needs it!!

The first time I took the exam I failed by 8 points. The second time I used the TDC, and with that study guide I was able to pass by 21 points more than I needed to have. This is especially great for procrastinators or those struggling to find the motivation to study. The format and use of audios really assisted me in putting in the work I needed to and having several opportunities for practice exams was AWESOME.

I took the LCSW exam yesterday for the first time after using the Therapist Development Center program for several months and successfully passed! I can’t describe how grateful I am for this program. It effectively broke down the study topics and helped me learn how to appropriately answer the scenario-based questions on the exam. I felt much less anxious going into the exam than I would have had I not used TDC. I can’t recommend this program enough and it was definitely worth every penny. Thank you!

TDC is such a helpful program that strategically break down the studying process, gives helpful advice on studying, have accessible tutors and contact to answer questions, and clearly provide informative study materials. I experience test anxiety usually. However, with this program I completed the test in confidence.

Compared to other programs TDC has all of the info you need in one spot and I loved that. I they have quite a few podcasts that you can listen to, if you are an audio learner.

I submitted my hours back in October 2019 and was approved to take the exam in Feb 2020. I scheduled the exam for May 27th 2020 prior to hearing about COVID. I tried studying and working full time, but eventually I relented and took about 3.5 weeks off from work to devote to studying and self care. I studied about 4 hours a day. Some days, I just decided to not study at all because I needed a break. But having a plan helped me keep on track. I listened to the TDC lectures, took copious notes, and went through the study system step by step. I quizzed myself every few days and boned up on my weak spots by reviewing the terms and concepts. Given that I was testing with the COVID still in full swing, I practiced the full mock exams with a mask on and I scored a 76/72 on my final mocks. I knew I was ready. Honestly, the mock exam questions didn’t really resemble actual exam. However, TDC prepared me to “attack the test.” Even on questions that I was stuck on, I was usually able to eliminate 1-2 answers and keep the momentum going. The pep talk prior to the exam was also helpful to reassure me and recap the test taking strategies. The actual exam was mostly based on reasoning and TDC helped provide the tools I needed to figure it out. I highly recommend TDC. It’s the ONLY test preparation you’ll need for the ASWB exam.
