I am so grateful for the Therapist Development Center study materials! I passed my LCSW exam on my first try and this was the ONLY thing I used to prep. I loved the approach—especially the audio options to learn. I listened to the audio whenever in my car or walking my dog, so it made it easy to fit in while working full time and with a second job. The practice tests and quizzes were super helpful since this test is really about critical thinking! Thank you so much TDC!!! The only thing I would change is an option for the “Quick Studies” to also have an audio option since I learn best listening—other than that—this study prep was fantastic!

I felt very prepared for the exam. I tried using some other materials and found myself struggling to utilize the acronyms. TDC teaches the logic and values behind the questions that really seemed to simply the questions and how to analyze the intention of the question.

I had a lot of fear going in the test. I was not getting above the 75% on any mocks (like 69% is more like it) but was getting enough correct answers, and when I got to the test - I received the right amount of correct answers - that's al that matters! Thanks for the help!

I am so thankful for TDC, I passed the LCSW exam on the first try! I was very nervous before the exam but once I began taking it, I became more at ease because I felt prepared. On hard questions I asked myself “how would Amanda answer this question?” and felt it helped me answer the questions. I also followed her advice and took a break halfway through the exam, I noticed it helped me finish strong. An extra feature I liked about TDC was the ability to use the dyslexia mode, it helped me stay focus when I was reading the material on my phone and on the laptop. I am beyond satisfied with TDC and strongly recommend it!

Prior to my first exam, I took a LCSW prep class, received a binder full of information and was instructed on how to study and pass. I studied and failed. Prior to my second exam, a colleague of mine gave me her study materials, which included material from a few different resources. I studied and failed. I felt so deflated and started questioning my abilities. One day I was researching (on line) studying materials and found the Development Therapist Center. All the reviews I read indicated that this was the solution to my biggest problem...passing this test!! After listening to a couple lectures, I started to regain my confidence. I completed the entire program and then scheduled my test... AND PASSED!!! All I can say is THANK YOU.

I can not recommend TDC enough. I failed the test twice before. The first time I used the ASWB pocket prep, the second time I tried youtube videos, and Apgar study material. I failed by ONE point the second time. This last time I was determined to pass the test. What drew me into TDC and being okay with the cost was the audio material. If you are an auditory learning, look no further, this is the study material you want. It made a significant difference in my retention, but also gave me more confidence after feeling so defeated. It's worth it! Invest in yourself and use this material!

I had to reschedule my exam a couple of times due to various factor that were occurring at the (2020 you know). I reached out to the center to obtain an extension and it was granted. That itself provided a peace of mind. I am so grateful for the understanding and support received by the Therapist Development Center. But when I finally was set on my date, I studied and studied and studied and PASSED! Although I was so nervous as I normally experience test anxiety, I honestly felt prepared. Thank you thank you Thank you!!

I felt fully prepared for this test. I especially found the sample tests and rationals to be helpful and very representative of the questions that were on the exam

I owe my pass to TDC. This program truly sets up social workers up for success. I felt confident in my answers during the real exam and that was all credit to TDC training structure. Heidi Tobe was an excellent coach who took the time to answer my questions and clarify rationales further. She also provided excellent pointers on how to review material to better prepare for them exam. This program was truly a blessing and thank you so much for everything!
