I am thankful to have used this program for my clinical test! The course is well paced, informative, and focuses on a variety of topics. Not only did I pass my exam, but I feel even more confident in my clinical and practical knowledge. Thank you, TDC!

Passing on the first try and I have to give credit where it’s due. Using Therapist Development Center’s testing materials was a game changer for me. The audible content was everything, especially as someone constantly on the go. Being able to study on the train made prep feel so much more accessible and realistic for my life as a busy school social worker. I originally started with Dawn Apgar’s book since that worked for me when I took my masters licensing exam back in 2019. I bought it back in May/June planning to test over the summer, but this time around I really struggled to digest and get through the material. I pushed my exam back four times.

In November, a colleague and friend recommended TDC, and I’m so glad I listened. It truly made the difference especially with less than a month to study and a firm decision not to push my exam into the new year. I was playing the content on repeat… even as a bedtime story. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

I am not a good test taker and I had a lot of fear knowing I was going to have to take a licensing exam. Going through TDC gave me the confidence I needed and the information I needed to be able to pass the test! I also found that they were very responsive to any questions I had or any time extension I needed on the course. It was very nice to have everything for the test in one place and to be able to really understand the concepts, type of thinking, and problem solving that is needed for the test. It felt like a great summary of what I learned in school and helped me get back into a test taking mindset after a few years post grad.

I thought the study program did a great job organizing all the information into coherent categories. I appreciated the lectures, study guides, quizzes, and the mock exams. I also really appreciated having a contact person that I could reach out to and ask any questions.

I took the LCSW exam on 12/19/2025 and passed. The study materials from TDC was very helpful and I will recommend TDC to anyone who will be taking the test.

I tend to overthink my answers, which made studying for the LCSW feel overwhelming and stressful. The TDC program helped me with this issue. It helped me slow down, recognize what the exam was really asking, and pick up on key clues instead of second-guessing myself. TDC helped me pass the LCSW, and I’m so grateful for that.
