I honestly felt so prepared going in and pumped to get the test over with. I felt the mock exams were much harder than the test. The final pep talk was awesome and had me feeling more than confident
I want to give a big THANK YOU to Amanda and the TDC program. When I registered to take my LCSW exam I was extremely nervous. I took my LMSW exam 10 years ago (passed on the 2nd try) and have been working in the field ever since. Now that I'm older, I was worried about my current learning skills. Will I retain the information? After so many years in the field (and set in my ways), will that affect my testing skills?
An additional concern was: How should I study? I had no idea. I did some research and learned that there's a variety of programs ,with different styles. I remember coming across TDC in a Facebook group. I would ask individuals who passed (on the 1st try) "What study tools did you used?" and I must say that probably 9 out of 10 said TDC. I took the leap of faith and purchase the program. Once I listened to Amanda the 1st time, I knew this was the right program for me. I needed a program which would guide me step by step, not only what I needed to learn for the exam but even how I was going to study. I have to be honest, at some point in the program (after the Quizzes) I felt unprepared and attempted to change my exam date...Luckily, there were no dates available until later next year. I say luckily because that forced me to "Trust the Process"....By the time I completed the program, I felt confident......and YES!!! I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY!
I'm still in the Facebook group and encourage others to purchase the program. I see post with members having the same doubts as I did, halfway through the program. My reply is always "TRUST THE PROCESS". I guess I've written that response enough times that my teenage son mocks me and frequently tells me "Trust the process".
Thanks again TDC! Could not have done it without you.

I don't think I could've passed without this. You forget so many details once you're in the field and under a specific scope. This was a great refresher for licensure and overall in practice.
Thanks to TDC I passed my clinical exam on the first try! Everything I needed to know all in one place was definitely worth it! The mock exams really helped prepare me for my exam and my scores on my actual exam resembled what I was scoring on the mocks! Thanks again TDC!
I got the same score on my actual exam that I did when I took the final mock. I felt extremely confident while taking the test and it was the first time in my life I did not struggle with crippling test anxiety.
This was my second time taking the test. I missed it last time by one point, and of course was very disappointed. I passed the exam with 123 right questions this time! I'm so grateful!
I recommend this to anybody who wants to pass the LCSW exam. The step by step process was perfect for my ADHD mind! The Coaches were prompt with their responses and extremely thorough. Not to mention friendly and very supportive. Just remember, the approach to the questions is the most important thing, not memorization. I took three breaks during the exam in which I did jumping jacks and push-ups. This cleared my mind and helped immensely. Also, very important not to panic and to trust the work that was put in and this approach.
Best study helper ever!! worth every single penny
It is easier to follow and covers everything you need know to pass this exam. I used it and passed the exam first try by a landslide. I am a poor exam taker but this help me focus and got me through.
I think TDC is a great program and I would recommend to anyone who is preparing for the LCSW exam.
I'm a single dad who spends time with my son from Friday - Monday every week and works 4 x 10 hour shifts in an Intensive Inpatient facility where I conduct assessments, run a daily DBT group and hold 10 - 20 individual sessions per week. I felt like I didn't have a chance to study as completely as I wanted to, despite practicing for the last 3 years in Inpatient and PHP Substance Abuse Treatment/ Co-Occurring Disorder settings, as a Medical Social Worker and as a Behavior Interventionist in schools, the Mock Exams and their review, along with the Quick Studies saved me hours of commitment to memory.
Get the program, schedule your sessions far in advance of your exam date, and follow the advice that's clearly provided in the material.
Do this, and YOU TOO WILL PASS!
