I passed on my first time .This was an amazingly comprehensive program and the audio rationales really helped to understand how to attack the test questions and become competent in critical thinking skills.
Thank you so much!
TDC helped me pass my ASWB Clinical Exam on the first attempt. Not only did they help prepare me for the material I would be tested on, but they helped prepare me on how to study most effectively throughout this process and think through questions while testing. The coaches also provided timely support when I felt confused and made every effort to ensure that I felt prepared prior to my exam date. Whenever I noticed myself starting to feel anxious while taking the exam on my testing date, I would recall the helpful tips that TDC taught me to help alleviate that anxiety and empower me to feel confident to tackle the test. TDC helped me pass both the Law and Ethics Exam and ASWB Clinical Exam on my first attempt. I can't recommend them enough!
TDC was extremely helpful with allowing me to feel confident in the material for the exam. I loved how they broke everything down and gave multiple practice quizs/exams to help test my knowledge. I took my LCSW three times and happened to pass on the third try. TDC was a great support in studying for the exam and help build my confidence each time on what I needed to improve on. I would definitely recommend TDC for anyone that is struggling with being confident in taking the LCSW exam in the future.
The information is organized well for someone who is easily distracted while studying. I was able to use the breathing techniques and others that allowed me to take deep breaths to complete my exam.
I am VERY grateful I found this program. I completed the program three times through just to calm the nerves. I PASSED and I am SO THRILLED. Thank you for creating this program to help social workers out!
I went through TDC materials twice. I think the different modalities used helped me to retain the information. The quizzes and tests really prepared me for the actual exam questions. They were mostly next, first, and best as stated over and over in TDC lectures. I did supplement studying with other test question materials to gain practice and confidence.
When I first started this course, I took the first 50 questions test and got a pretty bad failing grade. I reached out to TDC and half-jokingly asked if this course could still benefit me or if I was completely unteachable. And they said to just stick with it, so I did. Took the whole course once, then went over and listened to the audio lectures a couple more times for a month and a half. And I passed with a 109 on the 103 test. Some things to keep in mind for the test: wear form fitting clothing (I wore a turtleneck with cuffed sleeves like a dummy and the staff at the test center were a little annoyed because they had to search through every cuff and fold of my shirt) and also, remember that when you're taking the test you'll probably feel like you're failing the whole time (lots of people who've passed have felt the same), but take a deep breath, take some breaks and keep on moving. I literally was rehearsing what I was going to tell my boss when I was finishing the survey at the end. But hey, I did it and so can all of you!
TDC is a great program, I highly recommend to everyone. I loved the breakdown of the materials. I felt prepared prior to taking the exam but during the exam I actually felt over prepared! I learned so many other things that are useful in everyday practice. I definitely would not have passed my first attempt without it.
I highly recommend TDC. I had taken the LCSW exam previously using other study material and did not feel the previous materials prepared me for the type of exam I was taking nor for the material. I used TDC solely and felt confident going into my exam. I learned how to answer reasoning based questions without becoming stressed and overwhelmed and passed my test after completing the program!
I graduated with my MSW in 1998. I practiced for 3 years and was working toward my Certification when I had my first child. I took time off and moved states before receiving my Certification. When I was ready to return to social work practice 10 years later all the rules had changed and I now had to be licensed. I worked other jobs but I missed social work. I was able to obtain my limited license and have spent the last 4 years putting off the exam out of fear. I discovered TDC and it made a huge difference. I love how it organized and focused my studies. I went through the content twice as is recommended and felt ready to test. I loved the pep talk portion just before testing! I passed the exam with flying colors on the first try. I need 103 correct answers and I answered 134 correctly! I was hesitant to invest the money in the program but it was definitely worth it!
