The study course through the Therapist Development Center is excellent. I used their study material for both my law and ethics exam and my MFT licensing exam, and I passed both on the first attempt. I am not a good test taker, but I have succeeded after working through the material provided by TDC. The final mock exams provided are significantly challenging and made the actual board exam seem far less overwhelming. In addition, TDC extended my access to the study material twice due to the prolonged turnaround time for processing applications at the BBS. I am very appreciative.

The TDC study system is far superior to anything else out there. Will not use anything else.

I purchased the LMFT study program in January 2021, hoping to finish my internship hours in June and take my licensing exam shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, I experienced numerous setbacks with the BBS, and I wasn't approved to take my exam until May 2022. During that time I requested program extensions 4 times, once after a previous extension had expired. And the TDC staff never hesitated to provide the extensions I needed! I am so grateful for their quality study material and practice exams; I passed on my first attempt!

I tried TDC and failed thinking the program was the problem. I bought Gerry Grossman, went through it twice and failed two more times. Came back to TDC, followed the program to a 't' and passed on the fourth try. Thank you TDC!

This program is amazing and over prepares you for the actual exam. Literally follow the program and do it twice as instructed you will pass. Creating flash cards of the dsm and theories really helped. Make note of why you missed questions and listen to the audio to fully understand why you were not only wrong but also why every other option was right/wrong. This program was amazing.
