I passed the Clinical Vignette Exam yesterday at the first try. Again, like in March when I took the Standard Written Exam, I followed Amanda's advice closely and this time it felt even more so than the first time that that was just the edge I needed to pass. Otherwise I would have probably let quite a few of the answer choices confuse me unnecessarily, but I stuck to the principle of using the framing questions and looked for the "Xs" and that clarified many of the possible choices. Also, I marked all questions that I was not confident about and while it felt that those were many, in the end it were only 13 questions, and when I looked at them a second time the right answer seemed more obvious. So a big and grateful "THANK YOU" again to Amanda and the coaches of the TDC from this newly minted LCSW!
