Therapist Development Center really helped me for the Law and Ethics exam. I struggled the first time because I did not pay attention as well as I should have to the questions like I was instructed to by TDC. I did not really focus on the questions when they asked if it was an ethical issue or a legal one. I also skimmed the questions because I am a fast reader. As a result I did not pass the first time. When I studied for the test the second time, I paid much more attention to the questions. It really is about reading the questions in their entirety before moving on and making sure what type of resolution you are looking for: legal or ethical. When I slowed things down, I did fine and passed my exam. Thank you for this study guide. It was a lifesaver. I will definitely be using it for my clinical exam in the future as well.
