I was unsuccessful on my first attempt for the Law and Ethics Exam, for which I did not use TDC, and actually ran out of time before completing the test. I successfully finished this attempt with 25 minutes to spare. Now it is on to the the Clinical Exam prep with the assistance of the Therapist Development Center! Thanks y'all.
