LCSW

I graduated from my MSW program in 1996. I worked in the field for a few years, took time off to stay at home while my kids were young. I returned to work in 2011 and was terrified to take the LCSW since it had been so long since I graduated. It took me over 6 years to get the courage to study and take the exam. As a mother of four kids and working full time, I didn’t see how I could fit in studying with all that I had going on at home and work. I used TDC mostly on the weekends with just some minor studying during the week and passed with 126 correct, needing 99. I reviewed most of the program twice and listened to all the audios multiple times. All the quizzes and practices tests really helped me to feel comfortable with the test. I passed the full practice test in the mid 80% range and did the same with the actual test.
