The study materials were so challenging I was actually resentful towards the BBS requirement. Yet when I sat down to take the real thing, it was not much of a challenge because of the excellent preparation this program offered. The practice tests and mock exams were so helpful (besides, I did actually invoke Amanda's voice for one or two answers). I am so impressed about the quality of preparation this program provided me with. I was 'cool and collected' during the exam and quite assured of having succeeded when I pressed the 'End' key.
