I found out about the TDC through a friend initially. A colleague began a study group & his assistant was also using the materials & spoke highly of the program. I believed that the structure provided, and test taking skills was exactly what I needed. At the time I was also training for my first 1/2 marathon, so Amanda's analogy of the test being like a marathon resonated with me. I was super nervous, overwhelmed & pretty much over studying. I am super grateful for the coaches!!! The extra encouragement & reassurance made me at ease about going at my own pace, and being okay with my process.   I was so disappointed that I could not take the test as originally scheduled, but my coach once again praised my decision & reframed my thoughts about my decision to help me understand the importance of self-care. Even to the very day of the exam, my questions were immediately responded to, and once again I was reassures by my coach to walk into the test with confidence. I listened to Amanda's final pep talk like 3 times the day of the exam...literally the last time I played it was right before I walked into the exam. I PASSED!!!  I'm so excited.  It's just the first exam, I just passed it tonight and had to sit in my car with tears that after this long journey I DID IT!!! Thank you so much!!! I struggle with high test anxiety, but now I look forward to moving ahead to the 2nd exam.
