Thank you TDC for all the support in helping me pass the LCSW Law and Ethics test! I just passed today and I am relieved with the fact that your program has prepared me to take the test. I would say that I was scoring on the high 60% on the practice and mock exams and was absolutely worried I was going to fail. However, I kept listening to the rationales over and over again and the tests were very similar to the exam. A few of the questions on the actual exam may not say the terms 'privilege' or 'limits of confidentiality' but you know what they were if you have been doing your study prep. The audios were my saving grace as I would listen to them over and over in the car. What really helped the most was the T/F quizzes and the rationales for the exam. If you study those two things (for me at least-because I am not the best test taker), you should do fine. Thank you again Amanda, Robin and the TDC staff! I could not have done it without you!
