I was discouraged last year after not passing the former SWE. Fortunately having used TDC's program before, I found the Laws & Ethics material was nearly the same but with more details (since the L&E is its own test now). Throughout the actual exam, I did not have the feeling that I wasn't passing; I heard myself saying, "Hey! You know this stuff!"
