The BBS exams are tricky and TDC provides clear instruction on how to 'think like the test.' I passed on the first attempt and had confidence going into the exam. Several of my coworkers did not pass the first time even working in a busy managed care environment with great supervision. They used TDC to help them pass the second go around. I highly recommend this program.
