I would highly recommend the Therapist Development Center's MFT Clinical Vignette course. The exam itself was difficult, and obviously TDC's mock exams do the best to resemble the actual exam. The course helped prepare me mentally to avoid feeling overanxious and gave me concrete strategies to help me narrow down my answers. The practice vignettes and mock exams also helped me identify some potential "traps" to keep an eye out for during the exam (e.g., looking carefully at the wording of the questions and the answers; ensuring the answers provided were relevant to the vignette). I believe the program is affordable and well-worth the cost.
