The Edge of Life model was my favorite part. It was easy to learn and I liked the handouts. I will be printing those and keeping them close to my desk. This training made me reflect on my current clients, past clients, previous struggles with managing suicidal ideation in the past, and my fear that comes up with the "darkness" that shows up. I feel better equipped after this training. I know I need to continue to do my part and further my training/education on suicide.

I really enjoyed this course. The approach was compassionate rather then using a questionaire as an intervention - sitting and exploring clts feelings of ending their life. Excellent !
