I have taken the test 2 times prior to TDC. I have attended a 2 day prep course and It did not compare to TDC. I love that TDC provides info from A to Z starting with getting organize, having a snack mid test, and providing info in a variety of ways (Audio lectures, handouts, quizzes and test). I could not have done this without TDC. Not only did TDC prep me for the test, it has enhanced my overall knowledge for my career.
Thank You TDC ❤️

What an excellent study system! One of the social workers at my organization used it to pass and recommended it to another social worker. We've all been using it since! It's easy to get through, doesn't feel overwhelming in information like the study books, and best of all, teaches you how to take the test effectively. When I was taking the test, even if I didn't know the answer, I was able to figure it out by using the test-taking tips. I highly recommend this system!

I liked the organization and day by day study plan. I followed the 5 week plan and felt it was sufficient, and I felt guilt free having fun on my “days off”. Quick studies were very helpful and am appreciative to have been able to print out the quizzes. Only recommendation is the option to download audios to listen to when offline, maybe through an app for copyright purposes. Otherwise, helpful program!!!

This program is by far superior than Dr D's program and I passed! I felt confident before taking the exam. The prep talks were very helpful! Thanks for your advice about eating a full breakfast and a piece of fruit on exam day. For breakfast, I ate bagel w/cream cheese and two boiled egg. Right before entering the exam room, I ate a banana. On my first try, I did NOT eat breakfast and became sick halfway through the exam. Most importantly 90% of my exam questions were comprised of material covered in your program.
This is a 5 star program. Thanks Amanda!

I can officially call myself, Julia Maurer, LCSW!!!! This program is designed for someone like me- easy to access, short studying times and breaking down information through step by step organization. I studied for 8 weeks- redid the TDC twice and kept the final 2 exams for the very last week. I received a 72% on Final Mock 1 and a 79% on final Mock 2. I felt confident walking in, confident during breaks, and SO confident hitting that "submit" button. Thank you TDC for such a wonderful program.

I really appreciate your help. I would not have passed without it.

I thought that the TDC LCSW Exam Prep Course was brilliant in all that it covered and how it prepared me to pass the exam the first time. It was extremely comprehensive and thorough. From telling me how to study, then what to study, including the "Top 50 Topics", "Values and Ethics", DSM diagnoses, and much more, plus the multiple quizzes and final mock timed tests. Then how to test, and specific tips that helped me understand how the process was going to be and how to manage the stress involved. I also loved the methods Amanda shared about HOW to approach the test, including leaning into it, fueling up, reading questions word for word, and mostly, imagining her in the test with me. SOOO helpful. My comments about how to improve this course have been emailed to Heidi and Amanda. Thank you! Diana G.

TDC covered every topic needed to pass the LCSW exam. I couldn’t have passed my test with out it.

The Therapist Development Center provided the confidence I needed to pass my exam. I scored a 135 out of 150, and I attribute so much of my success on the exam to the content and structure of the study plan provided by the TDC. I will recommend this course to all of my fellow clinical interns!

Initially, I tried studying with a comprehensive book, but kept getting distracted. With the TDC I was able to absorb so much material through the audio recordings and brought the quick study guides with me while flying. The material was easier to digest than a thick book and I felt like I had a personal tutor.
