Supervision Courses

This course will help both current and aspiring supervisors in developing and strengthening their supervisory skills. With the proper level of knowledge and competencies, supervisors can assist newer mental health professionals build their skills and preserve a higher level of professionalism in the field. The course will explain the importance of adopting a supervisory model and provide a detailed overview of the Integrated Developmental Model. The Integrated Developmental Model provides a roadmap for supervisors that enhances their understanding of their supervisee’s stage of development and assists the supervisor to develop realistic expectations, build compassion and understanding, and allow them to offer interventions that align with their supervisee’s developmental needs and abilities. 

CE Hours - 6

This course will help both current and aspiring supervisors in developing and strengthening their supervisory skills. With the proper level of knowledge and competencies, supervisors can assist newer mental health professionals build their skills and preserve a higher level of professionalism in the field. This course is divided into four parts.

To complete 15 hours of Supervision required for new supervisors in California you will need to also complete the 6 Hours Clinical Supervision: Integrative Developmental Model.
