MFT

This was a great prep course, and really made a difference! After getting my LMHC license a number of years ago, I felt very unprepared for the MFT exam needed in California (I also have done all of my real-experience work in IHT and Group Home environments, which is very different from the standard questions on any licensing exam). This course caught me up to speed, gave me useful tools for remembering everything, and clarified all the possible questions I had.

Basically I did a cram course and it worked! Taking the pre-test and all the tests really helped me see the areas of weakness and gave me an idea on what I needed to learn. However, I was so scared going into the test I didn't think I would pass and I did!!! TDC really helped me in so many different ways. The practice questions were great.

This was my second time taking the test. The first time around I felt prepared with Amanda but did not have enough time to finish my test (I was extremely anxious). The second time around I went through the program I felt extra prepared and was able to finish on time and focus on what the question was asking for. I'm glad that I chose this course to prepare for the Law and Ethics exam. I found it very easy to adapt to my schedule, with comprehensive coverage of factual knowledge and critical thinking techniques needed for the exam. Thank you to Amanda for the breadth and depth of your teachings and for the warmth of your teaching style.

Thank you times 10. There is a structure in this program that allows for flexibility to think, be curious, and grow. With the integration of other elements such as self-care and work/life balance, a refreshing opportunity was provided to prepare for the Law & Ethics exam in a manner that made sense to me. I was really able to focus my attention on the application of the information I learned. I walked into the test center with confidence. I actually knew I was going to pass.

This program was amazing! I will be using it for my clinical exam! I loved the structure it provided and the 'stress free' feel. This program was easy to follow and SUPER informative. I highly recommend this program.

I passed my exam today :) The test prep materials were very helpful. I liked that there were more mock exams to take and I valued the quick tip sheets. 

I used Therapist Development Center at the suggestion of a colleague who used it to take the MFT Law & Ethics exam. I was determined to get the exam behind me, so I studied the materials in an intensive fashion in just one week. I listened to the audio files and typed out notes as I listened to them just as if I were listening to a lecture in class. Studying for the exam was my job eight hours a day.
