Practice exam questions were incredibly close to what was covered on the actual exam. I felt so prepared! I really appreciate that the prep schedule is compatible with that of a working professional's. I will definitely use TDC again for the national exam and recommend to colleagues. This study system was, by far, better than others I had tried. Others were too involved and too technical. TDC uses language similar to what is on the real exam and covers the material in a concise but effective manner. The exam strategies and 'ways to think about the exam' were incredibly useful. It definitely helped to have Amanda in my head during the exam talking me through the harder questions.

This program truly helped me pass my exam. It is extremely organized and thorough. All I had to do was follow the instructions. I felt prepared and ready after completing the studying process. I learn best with visual and audio tools both of which this program gave me. I felt supported and inspired by the motivational audio sessions. The Therapist Development Center's study program helped me stay on task and focused on the test. I would re-listen to topics that I needed refreshers on or rationales for mock tests, and the mock tests were great. It was a good program and I felt that it was very similar to the actual exam.
While this program is definitely informed by skills to strategically pass standardized tests, it also is informed by sound clinical practice to manage anxiety and teach to multiple learning styles. The mix of audio, tests and readings ensured that the info was brought in every way possible. I found it to be a very embodied and enjoyable experience- I know, how can you enjoy this kind of studying? I'm not really sure myself, but enjoy it I did.
The TDC program was amazing! I felt prepared and confident the day of my exam. I am happy to say I am now officially a Licensed Social Worker!! I will be using the program again when it is time for my clinical exam.
