Jenny Esparza
Jenny Esparza is a LCSW-S with over ten years of clinical experience in both emergency dept and community settings, with a concentration on program/project development, health system operations and, service expansion. She has worked with various interdisciplinary behavioral health teams to cultivate internal and community partnerships to expand access to care within internal hospital system services and in the community. In her managerial, supervisory, and clinical roles, she has been dedicated to integrating crisis management, recovery-orientated and person-centered care, in high acute clinical settings. She contributes her expertise and insights in clinical assessment, project development and strategies to support health system change.
Jenny has a Master of Social Work and Master of Arts in Criminology/Criminal Justice from University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Health Care Administration from Texas Women’s University. She was awarded 2020 NASW North Central Texas Dallas Branch Social Worker of the Year and recognized by American Hospital Association for contribution in Integrating Physical and Behavioral Health to Lower Suicide Risk, and has presented for Texas NASW Presenter on COVID & Minorities, local radio guest speaker for response to suicide in minority population of Dallas County and volunteers as a NASW abstract reader.
