Elmer Ornelas

My name is Elmer Ornelas, LCSW. I currently work for the County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health Office of Administrative Operations Training Unit. I am excited to be part of the TDC committee because it allows me to contribute to the ongoing development, growth and improvement of the Social Work profession. As a TDC advocate, being a part of this committee allows me to continue to share my passion and empower social workers to be the best version of themselves.
