MFT Exam Prep Reviews

Valarie Campbell,

Your program helped organize the information I needed to know and put in a format that was well planned and easy to go through. I felt very prepared when it came time to take the exam! Thanks for helping me pass!

Rachel Burnitt,

This study program was organized, efficient, and the mock exams were incredibly helpful for prepping for the actual exam. I would absolutely recommend it!

Isaac D. Fishman,

When I found out I had to pass an Law and Ethics exam, I panicked because it had been ten years since I'd taken the course in graduate school. I immediately bought a textbook and began reading. Then I fell asleep. Often. The book also doubles as a pillow. Fortunately, my newly licensed colleague recommended TBC. I immediately purchased the program and began studying about a month before my exam. I was working full-time and managed to listen to the lessons three times a week and take practice exams on weekends. In hindsight, I would recommend stretching the process out a little longer for the sake of retention. Nonetheless, the materials were brought to life so well by the instructor at TBC that enough of it stayed in my brain and I passed the exam on my first attempt. I highly recommend this product.

Roxana Mae Rhodes,

I thought the Therapist Development Center study materials for the MFT Law & Ethics Exam were exceptional.  Going along with a scheduled study plan, listening or reading the lectures, taking the practice exams, and listening or reading the rationals prepared me for the exam. Amanda's voice was easy to listen to and her explanations of why things were wrong helped me focus on the right answer. Her thoughts about eating well, sleeping well, doing regular exercise, and having recreations activities relaxed my mind.  All in all, it was a balanced approach to study and her pep talks gave me confidence to succeed. Thank you Amanda and staff.

Rebeca Farca,

The test was so hard, but I kept hearing Amanda in my head "Attack the test. Tolerate uncertainty. Don't overthink," and I plowed through it. I passed on my first try!
