Today, I am an LCSW thanks to Amanda Rowan and The Therapist Development Center team!
I passed both exams on the first try using TDC's study materials! Before learning about TDC, I had used another study program for the first exam and with them, failed twice. I was overwhelmed with all of the study material, was left feeling confused and was ill prepared. The actual test was nothing like my training.
At a crossroads, when I was unsure if I was going to ever pass, I was fortunate enough to learn from a friend about Amanda Rowan and TDC. As soon as I started the program, I knew becoming an LCSW was in reach. The workshops provide quality material and deliver effective strategies, while being easy to understand, focussed and comprehensive. After completing every workshop, I was left feeling more competent, confident and encouraged. The overall program is so well organized and the workshops are presented in such digestible segments, that it made it possible for even a mother with a toddler to pass both tests within 3 months!
I actually enjoyed studying. Amanda Rowan is an excellent teacher! Besides the quality material and effective strategies that she delivers, her presentation is very pleasant and she presents the information in a way that makes it easy to remember and retain. I actually wish she taught continued education workshops/classes for LCSWs. I will forever take Amanda Rowan wherever I practice!
